Regardless of your political affiliation, you had to appreciate the fact that Denver reasserted itself as a fresh and energetic western city.There is also more good news for the Denver real estate market this week. TeamCox Realtors constantly monitors several real estate reports, including the closely analyzed S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index. This month’s report revealed that the Denver housing market had 1.5 percent increase from May to June. This was the highest property appreciation out of 20 metropolitan areas. The Boston housing market followed with a 1.2 percent appreciation.
