Denver Home Prices Are Rising Once Again

There is more good news for the Denver real estate market today! The closely analyzed June S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index report revealed that Denver home prices increased 1.5 percent in April – increasing for the second consecutive month. Only Dallas fared better, boasting a 1.7 percent increase in home prices.

The report also revealed that while the year-over-year decline in national home prices was over 18 percent, Denver home prices declined 4.9 percent. This was the best showing of any city in the country.
